Conditional Plugin - Build status NOT changing if my conditional flow PASS

I am using Jenkins to run my selenium tests. If the tests failed in the first attempt, I am using the conditional plugin to re-run the tests again. Even if whole tests are pass in the second attempt Jenkins still mark the build as failed.
