There is a little bit of funkyness that happens when running resource disposer on windows machines where the file lock does not release very quickly. It would be great if we could control after how many failures to delete the error shows up inside of the Administrator monitor.

Usually those files are removed eventually anyways but it just takes a little bit longer. It ends up over-notifying you which would be nice to have control over.
