Enhance hubotApprove to allow more fields that input step supports

      It would be nice if we can enhance hubotApprove step further to support more featuresĀ thoseĀ that pipeline input step supports currently like submitter, this may also need some enhancements to hubot scripts.

      Would also need to update the documentation to mention about the script errors. Ā
