terminal plugin prevents openstack plugin configuration

      Jenkins ver. 2.46.2 LTS

      it's impossible to configure openstack plugin if terminal plugin is installed. please see attached log. unchecking terminal plugin in plugins or uninstalling it fixes the problemĀ
