For a build, Jenkins shows the proper list of changes, but the notification we get on our Slack channel message is missing the last svn commit that went in for that build.  i.e. Jenkins build summary includes r114248, but the Slack Summary for that build does not include this svn revision.  All other svn revisions/changes in both Jenkins and the Slack message match up as expected.
