I've configured one jenkins job that will execute 13 cases and write test result to JIRA cloud. Sometimes, all 13 cases result could be updated correctly, but sometimes, only 12 or 11 cases were updated. I checked the xml test reports generated by Jenkins, 13 cases were there. 

I've checked out the source code, can anyone give me some help which part code should I look into? The JIRA cloud is online product, I'm not allowed to use it for debugging. And the issue is not 100% reproduceable.
