In JENKINS-44236, we added the retrieval of some NFS statistics file. But as noted by ydubreuil in the pull request two of those three files are almost useless if not collected regularly and pushed to a timeseries system.

This could pretty easily be done by contributing a new metrics to the metrics plugin.

As the metrics are already gathered by the support core plugin, we'd then have those stats over time out of the box.
