Support input steps for multibranch pipelines

      JENKINS-43525 fixes the visualization, but the path used to trigger the proceed action is wrong in multibranch pipelines, causing:

      se.diabol.jenkins.workflow.WorkflowPipelineView triggerManual
WARNING: Failed to resolve project to trigger manual/input step for: se.diabol.jenkins.pipeline.domain.PipelineException: Could not find project: master

      UI is still displayed correctly but no action will be performed.
