When creating a request with http-request-plugin I should be able to use any credentials in scope as I may have credentials specific to my folder or parent folders, but not global. Currently only global credentials are allowed.

As I've tested It is working right

          Steps 1:

          • Create a Folder
          • Create a Job inside the Folder
          • Added credential at the folder scope

          Steps 2:

          • Create other Folder inside Folder with credential at first one ( Folder1[credential] > Folder2 > Job )

It showed the credential and use it running the job.

Have you tried with the latest versions of credentials-plugin, folder-plugin, http-request-plugin, jenkins?
