Currently, there does not seem to be a way to invoke the "Updated relevant Mantis issues" post-build task via a Jenkins pipeline. (At least I was unable to find it in the Pipeline Syntax view, and there do not seem to be any JIRA Issues related to this)

It should be possible to invoke that from a pipeline.
