How to download required software in central jenkins

      We get errors while trying to do a node build as certain pre requisites do not exist in the central repository server : 

      https://jenkins1a.intranet.barcapint.com:8444/jenkins/job/BCRD/job/UDL/job/udl-ui/12/console

      For instance in the above logs you can see that job fails because bzip does not exist. Please advise how we can deal with this and how to raise a request for this to be done?
