Warnings count incorrect for MSBuild

      I'm consistently finding the Warnings plugin providing the incorrect warning
      count. For the build that yielded the soon-to-be-attached console, the "Warnings
      Summary" indicated:

      Total: 6
      High Priority: 0
      Normal Priority: 13
      Low Priority: 0

      The total does not reflect the sum. The "Details" show only 6 warnings:

      AccountController.cs 1
      Authentication.cs 1
      CartController.cs 1
      OrderService.svc.cs 1
      SecurityService.cs 1
      UserServiceAsync.svc.cs 1
