Currently there is no way in BlueOcean to start a run while there is one in progress for a given branch. I have to go back to classic for this.

Although on the face of it, it may seem weird to want multiple concurrent runs, however  there are 2 cases I can think of

• Wanting to start a pipeline with different parameters manually
• Wanting to have mutliple  runs testing a flaky test (which is what I am currently trying to do)
