There is no help available for what the Crap4J Report shows.
To have some kind of button or link would be great to present users what the
report means and what should be done to fix issues reported.

Note: On configuration page Crap4J plug-in have link to the
http://www.crap4j.org site, but not all users have access to the configuration page.
