Support allocating multiple executors with node()

      The https://wiki.jenkins-ci.org/display/JENKINS/Heavy+Job+Plugin is quite nifty to use when you have multiple different jobs with different requirements.

       

      Supporting a weight-parameter to the node() block call would be a good way of implementing this feature from Heavy Jobs in pipeline.
