Problem
I have an existing installation with hundreds of jobs, and many MultiJob jobs. I want to convert everything over to using Pipelines, and it would be really nice if there was an option in the Blue Ocean dashboard to only show Pipeline jobs. At the moment, seeing the first page of my many jobs is worthless.

Scope

• Provide a new system property BLUEOCEAN_PIPELINE_ONLY that only lists Multibranch projects or Pipeline jobs in the omnisearch
• Update Blue Ocean display URL to respect BLUEOCEAN_PIPELINE_ONLY so that if the preference is to see the Blue Ocean UI and the job is non-multibranch or non-pipeline, the user is redirected to classic.
