Plugin crash with build failure analyzer and ongoing builds

      Windows Server 2016, Jenkins 2.61, all plugins up-to-date

      Job: multibranch from Git with 4 stages.

      After installing build-failure-analyzer plugins, Build Monitor View crashes when there is ongoing build. If I add filter that excluded ongoing builds it works fine. 

      Error I'm seeing Dev Tools: HTTP 500 `<jenkins>/$stapler/bound/3c2c033f-3075-4ede-a353-b8fd6060d6f3/fetchJobViews`. Response in empty.
