Flaky test handler plugin : "Re-run only failed tests" runs all tests instead of failed tests

      • Configured Jenkins based on documentation to run flaky plugin
      • While running "Deflake this build", it runs all test cases (passed/failed) even if "only run failing tests" is checked.
