2.2 release problem

      There seems to be an issue with the release of 2.2. (that should have been released in April?).

      The latest version available from Jenkins is 2.1 and the Wiki page shows changelof for 2.2 version without a release date, while the "Latest release" points to 2.1: https://wiki.jenkins-ci.org/display/JENKINS/Token+Macro+Plugin

      Looking forward to use the `tm` step in declarative pipeline
