Description

Currently PCT is not able to exercise BO plugins because it is not able to deal with the multimodule nature of BO. We need to make the PCT able to exercise BO.

Acceptance criteria

• PCT is able to exercise BO plugins when executed from a war file
• PCT is able to exercise local snapshots of BO plugins by using the localCheckoutDir option

Most of the infra is already there, kwhetstone hooks system should be able to give us what we need, we only need to use it
