Multiple "Open Blue Ocean" links in the sidebar

      I really am not sure what I did to cause this bug, but the referenced Pull Request of this project had been closed while the Pipeline Run was in the queue.

          rtyler can I get a full list of plugins you are using? We had an issue with adding this item to the sidebar. There were plugins that threw null actions into that list and I suspect there is some overlap between what you are seeing and that problem.

          Attached a minimal support bundle. I notice that there are multiple links in this sidebar for a queued Pipeline as well
