Restored credentials don't appear in build

      When I restore a backup on a second node, the credentials will show up in the config but not in console when I use a shell build step with printenv. Only newly created credentials will show up there.
       
      I can decrypt the secrets from credentials.xml via script console.

          Cannot even say that there is a defect here without steps to reproduce from scratch. More likely a user error.
