What I want to achieve is to not build any and all branches in the repo because some branches are just there for archival purposes and I do not want Jenkins building them. What I want to achieve is building of master, develop, release and hotfix branches plus any PR (no matter what the PR branch name is), but there doesn't seem to be any way to accomplish that. PRs are passed through the same includes filter as regular branches. So the only way to get PR branches to build is to restrict the PR branches to a certain naming scheme.
