Under Advanced Configuration for the LDAP plugin, adding new Environment Properties does not apply to config.

After I save, the configuration I added for environment properties aren't found in the config.xml, and going back to the LDAP plugin settings, the config isn't there as well.

This worked fine in previous LDAP version 1.15. But after the 1.16, the settings in the GUI has been updated, I guess something was missed about the environment properties.
