StartupTrigger to support Workflow-Multibranch projects

      Currently Startup Trigger plugin doesn't appear in the list of build triggers for Multibranch Pipeline configurations.  It would be desirable to have this supported.

          According to my initial investigation This looks non-trivial and I'm very busy right now, I'm not sure when I'll be able to get to it. 

           

          If someone else wants to take a stab at it before me it would be much appreciated!
