The new svn:externals per-build revision tracking is nice, but the rendering
needs to be tweaked. The output is all run together on the same line. Ex:

The whole thing is wrapped in a UL, but the LIs are missing.

This is from version 1.98. (I haven't tried 1.99 yet, but this issue isn't
mentioned in the changelog.)
