      Using the jenkins-job-builder tool (http://ci.openstack.org/jenkins-job-builder/), when the job is configured via the API (using raw XML) an incident key is never generated.

          alexanderlz is this something that the plugin can automatically take care of when the job is being configured? Or does something need to happen on the job-builder side?
