It would be nice if I was still able to click the "Latest Test Result" even if a
build or two is executing, but unfortunately this does not work. As we almost
continuously run tests, this link is rarely accessible and requires me reading
down the side bar, finding the first build that is finished, clicking that, then
clicking test result, which is a somewhat tedious process.

Ideally the "Latest Test Result" link always exists as long as you have had a
test result, and shows exactly that, the latest test result for that project.
