Determining remote URL for a ChangeLogSet instance is not possible if not instantiated with a RepositoryBrowser and multiple SCM instances are generated in a single Run.

Would like a reliable way to identify correct remote URL for a ChangeLogSet instance in absence of RepositoryBrowser.

Ran into this developing a plugin for handling deployment COs in our change control management. Would like to include a report of all change sets from root cause build with working repository links for a deployment.
