      Build Monitor View Plugin 1.12+build.201704111018

We use the build monitor view plugin to show only failing jobs. So in general this monitor view is empty.

If we call the view in the browser for the first time, the message "It seems a bit empty here... Maybe you'd like to add some projects to this Build Monitor?" is shown (see screenshot).

In that state, the view doesn't automatically refresh, if a job fails. So we sometimes don't recognize failing builds. We need a manual reload.

If afterwards the failing build is fixed, the view automatically gets empty without the message. In that case, the reload works and another failing jobs is automatically shown.

I also created this bug-ticket here https://github.com/jan-molak/jenkins-build-monitor-plugin/issues/328 because I didn't see, that there are two different issue-trackers.
