o365 notifications have a checkbox `Notify Repeated Failure'. expected behaviour is not to notify about repeated failures when this box is not ticked.

somehow, the latest o365 connector ignores this setting and always reports a repeated failure. I have 'Notify Failure' and 'Notify Back to Normal' ticked, other options unticked.
