Jenkins: 2.69, reverse proxied thru Apache
HP/ALM system is running on Windows
Jenkins is running on Linux.
The test output is run together, I checked the build log directly, there were no line separators between Done and Step, for instance.
Example:

The output is split into multiple lines as expected when the results are viewed through HP/ALM.
