Push to Cloudfoundry does not work when http is specified in api target

      Version 2.1 of the CloudFoundry plugin changed the help text for the API target to mention that insecure mode was available if the target was specified as http://cloudfoundry.api.target

      However, if the url scheme is specified, the plugin throws an exception when pushing.
