I believe most of users use vagrant plugin to run one Vagrantfile. It's annoying to fill in Vagrantfile path for each build step. It would be nice if this settings was extracted to "Build Environment" settings and by default these values would be used.

Inputs in each individual steps may stay (maybe hidden by default, they can show after some checkbox is checked) as non-mandatory and they would be used with higher priority over Build Environment ones, when filled in.
