Too many favorited jobs causes loading issue with Blue Ocean

      When there are several favorited jobs, it causes blue ocean to take an extremely long time to open. To test we removed all of the favorited jobs from the user's view, and blue ocean opened within 30 seconds. Please advise on a way to fix this.
