Add "Save" Button for Script Security Plugin

      It would be good to have below features for the plugin.

      (1) Save feature

      (2) Configuration history to restore from for the Script Approvals page. 

       

      Use Case:

      If a Admin accidentally clicks "Clear Approvals"  button, all the approvals are wiped off, and cause the corresponding builds to fail.
