Allow default setting for "Include dependencies", "Use copy" checkboxes

      It would be helpful to be able to configure the default state of the "Include dependencies" and "Use copy" check boxes in the Jenkins->Manage Jenkins->Configure System->Artifactory section. 

      Our group would like to leave a copy of the Nuget package in the source repository.  However, the developers sometimes forget to check the "Use copy" checkbox.  So it would be great if this could be configured to always be checked by default.
