Often after a server is up and running for a while with multiple MultiBranch Pipelines running, eventually there will be a WorkflowJob that exists that matches the regex to block, however, the job is not queued or building and there is no way to cancel the Workflow job so the plug-in will block indefinitely until a restart.

This is forcing to have to restart our server quite regularly because we really need this plug-in and are unable to do anything about this issue.
