When uploading scan result to ThreadFix, there are events where the uploads fail due to several reason for example ThreadFix server is down or refusing the file. Although this occasion should be very rare and shouldn't happen at the first line, there is no 100% guarantee for working upload. For this reason, it would be beneficial, if there is a setting for each Job, which allows you to choose between failing/warning/ignoring the issue. 

Security chain should be a non-blocking issue for teams. Currently, AFAIK, Jobs will fail when the uploading failed. And this will block the (non-security) teams.
