Fails when promote job is running in a different environment than its corresponding build

      When a Hudson cluster has nodes with different setups, so that a promotion job runs on another setup
      (specifically path to the workspace) than the build it is promoting, it will fail with not being able to create
      the workspace on the promotion build's node.
