Summary:
The Edit button for launching the Blue Ocean Pipeline Editor appears to be greyed out, which implies that it's disabled. But it isn't disabled, it's active.
*Steps to recreate: *
1. Navigate to any existing Pipeline in Blue Ocean
2. Build the Pipeline.
3. Observe that the Edit button (the pencil) is differently colored than every other button on the screen. It looks, to me, like it's intended to be disabled. But it's clickable, brings up the editor, and I'm able to successfully round-trip a Jenkinsfile using it.
