Add option to use S3 Transfer Acceleration for uploads

      My builds are fairly big and take a long time to upload. It would be ideal if there were an option in the upload section that allowed me to use transfer acceleration. Internally this would change the endpoint URL to <bucket-name>.s3-accelerate.amazonaws.com
