Hyperlinks in logs

      Now we realised we can have links easily in step descriptions as per: 

      https://github.com/jenkinsci/blueocean-plugin/pull/1400

      May make sense to apply that to logs themselves if can be done in an efficient way. 

       

      No one has ever thought "oh I am glad that https hyperlink in that blob text isn't clickable". Or I never have...
