UseVsixExtensions not supported in latest version of vstest.console.exe

      The /UseVsixExtensions option does not appear to be supported by the latest version of the executable.  The option is interpreted as a test file.  As the option can only be set to true or false but cannot be suppressed in the plugin, this does not allow vstest to execute.
