Use Jenkins Credential storage for JIRA credentials

We use Puppet to provision/manage our Jenkins server.  We can easily point other plugin configurations at the UUID for the credentials we want to use because they are stored in the Jenkins credential store.  Unless I can encrypt and base64 encode the password the same way that husdson.util.Secret does - and it doesn't look like I can easily do this - I have no good way to manage my JIRA credentials for this plugin.
