One job is configured to trigger another job using "Build other project (manual step) and option "Include/passthrough Upstream SVN Revisons" is set. Both jobs check out the same SVN repository.

If I trigger the first job, change the SVN repository (revision is increased) then trigger the second job, the second job uses SVN revision from first job correctly.
However if I rebuild the second job, it uses the latest SVN revision now instead of revision used by first job.
