Kubernetes plugin not using cmd proc variables

      The Kubernetes plugin does not properly reuse the ProcStarter setup as part of executing commands on the JNLP agent.

      For instance, the SSH-Agent plugin fails when because the logger for the SSH-Agent plugin does not receiving input from the execution of code from the Kubernetes ContainerExecDecorator's execution nor does the Kubenetes plugin process Environment variables passed along by the SSH-Agent
