move the icons from JDL to a real npm module

      The inclusion of the material icons in the JDL have increased the bundling time by a significant margin, we should move them in their own module.

      nicu we want to check that this improves the bundle/watch/build time

      (it should be one big file cc cliffmeyers when published)
