Support running a pipeline using specific git tag in Blue Ocean

      Currently, my pipeline has all the packaging and deploying scripts. The packaging and deploying scripts are different for each version, and thus to release a specific version (usually older versions), I have to checkout to the release tag, push a branch and then go to Blue Ocean to trigger a build on that branch.

      It would be helpful if I can just select and run the pipeline on a specific tag. I was thinking about something in the attached screenshot is gonna be very helpful.

          I believe we eventually want to do this when JENKINS-34395 and the appropriate support lands in Bitbucket too.
