When using the RTP plugin, and using the file reference feature, when the file is not found, the text published includes the raw tag token, for example:

${FILE:build/summary.txt}

In this case if the file "build/summary.txt" doesn't exist the exact tag above appears in the UI. This is ugly and can be confusing to users. A better experience would be, if the file doesn't exist the tag should not appear, simply leave the area blank.
